Thank you for your interest in becoming a volunteer Court Appointed Special Advocate! The volunteer application takes approximately 25-30 minutes to complete. This application can only be submitted electronically. Be sure to press the "SUBMIT" button at the end. You will have the ability to print a copy of the application for your records. You will be asked for three (3) references requiring email addresses. The application cannot be saved and therefore needs to be completed in one sitting.
